Maintains and enforces a documented system of accounting policies and procedures;
Oversee the operations of the Accounting Department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives;
Oversee the accounting operations of branch/branches, specially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.
Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner;
Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable;
Ensure that accounts receivables are collected promptly;
Ensure that monthly bank reconciliations are completed;
Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis;
Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.
Issue timely and complete financial statements;
Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report, if necessary;
Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations;
Calculate and issue the financial and operating metrics;
Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit;
Comply with the SEC, BIR, and government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is an advantage but not required.
At least 5-7 years of experience in financial management or accounting, with a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Experience in managing and overseeing a finance team is required.
Strong experience with financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Excel).
Solid understanding of financial principles, regulations, and industry standards.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, general accounting practices, and internal controls.
Knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to evaluate complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
