Responsibilities

  • Maintain updated cash and bank reconciliation.
  • Ensures monthly bank reconciliation completed on or before third week of the following month.
  • Resolves any discrepancy in booking and must be coordinated with branch accounting immediately.
  • Prepares daily collection report based on posted transactions and bank statements.


Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
  • At least 1-year related work experience in general accounting and with exposure to Internal Audit.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Keen to details, result and control oriented and solution driven
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Flexible in relating with all levels of the organization
  • To be assigned in Makati, Quezon and Pangasinan or Ilocos
