- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and improve accuracy.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA or non CPA
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to work in Binan Laguna
