Lead and manage accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budgeting, and cash flow.
Develop and implement accounting strategies aligned with company objectives.
Ensure timely billing, enforce collection procedures, and monitor accounts receivable.
Oversee cash disbursements and manage accounts payable to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Prepare and analyze complete financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and Changes in Equity.
Handle BIR compliance including EWT, VAT, ITR, and related alphalist submissions (QAP, SAWT, SLS).
Lead internal controls, compliance checks, and audit preparations (internal and external).
Manage the budgeting process, perform financial forecasting, and conduct variance and ratio analyses.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records (journals, ledgers, accruals).
Generate financial reports and insights to support management decisions.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred but not required.
8 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems).
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reports).
Strong attention to detail, leadership ability, and time management skills.
Willing to work onsite in Bocaue, Bulacan.
