We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate with a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about gaining exposure across all company divisions and is eager to grow within a versatile finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• Proficient in bookkeeping, general accounting, financial reports.
• Must be well versed in AP & AR atleast.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities; proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to do fieldwork for collections and countering, quick to learn, and self-motivated.
• Experience in using Xero is a plus.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Manage financial activities and bookkeeping across all company divisions.
• Prepare expense and sales reports.
• Streamline collection efforts for timely payments.
• Prepare tax forms (Form 2307).
• Compile monthly payables and ensure timely payments.
• Conduct fieldwork for collections and countering as needed.
