Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare and process:
• Books of Accounts
• Monthly Financial Statements
• Journals, Balance Sheet, Month-End Reports
• Government filings (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Sales Invoices & Payroll
• Ensure financial accuracy & compliance
• Prepare internal financial reports for management
• Handle year-end audit requirements and SEC filings
• Complete tasks on time and support business needs

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Strong experience in general accounting
• Knowledge of Philippine branch office accounting
• Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in industry-standard software
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
• Strong communication skills & integrity
