- Assists in processing accounts and payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Assists in performing basic bookkeeping tasks, reconciliation, coding invoices
- Encodes transactions as instructed by the Accountants/s
- Maintains and updates transaction ledgers
- Performs other administrative tasks as assigned by his/her immediate superior
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Management, or any Business Administration courses
- Preferably with at least 3 months experience in accounting field
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
