• Prepares day-to-day journal entries (e.g., recording receipts, disbursements, and adjustments) with oversight from team leads/ seniors.
• Record and reconcile daily transactions (cash, AR, AP) accurately.
• Maintain supporting schedules, ledgers, and documentation for assigned accounts.
• Prepare reports and summaries using accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intact) and Excel.
• Monitor progress using checklists; flag missing information or delays to seniors.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client or internal queries.
• Assist seniors with month-end close, reconciliations, and ad hoc reports.
• Learn from feedback and gradually take on tasks independently.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or audit experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, Netsuite, or audit tools is a plus
• Solid understanding of basic accounting and reconciliations
• Proficient in Excel (SUM, filters, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP)
• Proactive, Detail-oriented, accurate, and consistent
• Clear and professional communication in a remote setup
• A team player and with growth mindset
