• Handle full-cycle accounting including financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close

• Work with multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Utilize QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop for day-to-day accounting tasks

• Collaborate using modern tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom) for team and client communication

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial outputs

• Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related finance courses

• At least 3 years of accounting experience

• Prior experience in accounting firms is a must

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop

• Background in BPO or managing multiple clients is a strong plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines

• Tech-savvy, analytical, and highly organized

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive and resourceful team player
