RecruitGo is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing and Accounting Specialist to support our US-based operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with a US insurance agency or brokerage, particularly with the Applied Epic management system. This role requires a strong understanding of billing processes and excellent communication skills to manage inquiries and follow-ups effectively.

Responsibilities: 

• Generate agency bill invoices.
• Process commission batches and corrections.
• Respond to billing-related inquiries.
• Check and update direct bill status.
• Follow up on invoices and cancellations.

• Willingness to work during the Graveyard shift (aligned with New York hours).
• US insurance agency/brokerage experience is required.
• Proficiency in using Applied Epic management system.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Ability to speak Chinese or Korean (a strong advantage).
• Experience in managerial roles, including training and supervising staff.
