Handle full BIR compliance including filing of tax returns (VAT, EWT, ITR, etc.)
Maintain columnar books, journals, ledgers, and other accounting records
Process and renew business permits, SEC/DTI, and LGU requirements
Manage sales invoicing and monitor cash flow
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports and year-end statements
Handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, maternity benefit claims, and other employee government contributions
Maintain and organize all supporting documents for audits and inspections
Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when necessary
Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to financial processes and systems
Work with other departments/teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
Assist in developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and tracking expenditures
Perform other tasks as assigned by Management
Must be a Registered Accountant (CPA) or experienced Bookkeeper
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
At least 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and government reporting
Understanding of employee benefits administration
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
