Job Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions and reconcile account balances within the accounting system.
• Process payments and maintain organized documentation and filing.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for both head office and field offices.
• Review budget-to-actual reports and ensure timely submission of financial statements.
• Develop and review budgets and assess financial forecasts to support planning.
• Participate in internal and external audits and address audit findings.
• Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with operational guidelines.
• Supervise accounting staff and provide training and mentorship.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification required.
• Solid relevant experience in accounting or auditing.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and the MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Hybrid work setup in Chino Roces, Makati — three days onsite, two days work-from-home (Day shift)
