- Memahami dasar-dasar akuntansi dan perpajakan (PPh, PPN).
- Mampu membuat jurnal umum, laporan keuangan, dan rekonsiliasi bank.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan program akuntansi (misalnya: Accurate, MYOB, SAP).
- Teliti, jujur, disiplin, dan memiliki tanggung jawab tinggi.
- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline dan bekerja sama dalam tim.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan ketelitian angka yang baik.
