Description
- With experience in the related field is a plus
- Proven experience in account management, operations, or a similar role
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage daily operations and lead live selling teams (Logistics, TikTok, Operations, etc.)
- Skilled in implementing strategies to improve team performance and broadcast efficiency
- Experience coordinating warehouse timelines, inventory, and product flow
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Must be proactive and adaptable in a startup setting
Requirements
- 25–35 years old
- Willing to start ASAP
- At least college level; preferably with a degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- Preferably residing in or near Pasay City
- Competitive salary (based on experience)
