We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage client projects, oversee content requirements, and bridge communication between clients and our creative team.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning client goals into impactful creative work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, content production, or related creative/marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and campaign management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• A proactive problem-solver who ensures high-quality, on-brand outputs every time.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Lead projects from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality, on-brand campaigns.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and the creative team — gathering feedback, managing revisions, and ensuring client expectations are met.
• Oversee the content creation process, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
• Review and approve content/assets before release, maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Provide clear guidance to creatives and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
• Track project progress, prepare performance updates, and propose improvements for future campaigns.
• Adapt to shifting project schedules, which may change based on project urgency every 3–4 weeks
