Supervise and support the daily operations of the sales and account management team.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
Conduct fieldwork to monitor market trends, gather competitor data, and assess customer needs.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates to management.
Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and credit terms.
Train and guide junior sales staff or account officers when necessary.
Achieve assigned sales quotas and contribute to overall business growth.
