Job Title: Events Account Manager (Full-Time)

Job Summary


The Events Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between COTE Events Management and its clients. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing event planning and execution, coordinating internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring every event is delivered with excellence, creativity, and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients from onboarding to post-event turnover
  • Understand client objectives, budgets, and expectations and translate them into clear event plans
  • Develop event proposals, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the creative and operations teams
  • Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and site inspections
  • Monitor project progress, manage changes, and proactively resolve issues
  • Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring standards, timelines, and brand quality are met
  • Prepare post-event reports, client feedback summaries, and billing documentation
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and communications related to each account


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in event planning, account management, or client servicing
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills with suppliers and partners
  • Budget management and cost-control experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days
  • Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and project management tools
