Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with distributors and wholesale partners in FMCG and cosmetics.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure distributors meet agreed KPIs.
• Plan and implement distribution strategies to maximize market coverage and product availability.
• Conduct regular market visits and distributor meetings to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, supply chain issues, and product promotions to optimize sales.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to support distributor operations.
• Provide training and support to distributor teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Resolve operational issues, complaints, and conflicts with distributors effectively.
• Prepare reports on distributor performance, market penetration, and sales forecasts for management review.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years in distributor management, sales, or business development in FMCG and cosmetics.
• Proven track record in managing distributor networks and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG and cosmetics markets, including retail and modern trade channels.
• Experience in sales planning, reporting, and team coordination.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking systems is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• MBA or professional certifications in sales, distribution, or supply chain management are an advantage.
