Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in FMCG and cosmetics industries.
• Drive sales growth, revenue, and market share within assigned accounts.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for products and services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, inquiries, and escalations.
• Develop account strategies aligned with company objectives and client goals.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver solutions.
• Prepare and present account performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with clients.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high service standards.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years in account management, sales, or business development in FMCG and cosmetics.
• Proven experience managing high-value or strategic accounts in these industries.
• Demonstrated track record in sales growth, client retention, and upselling.
• Familiarity with retail, modern trade, and distributor networks.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and analytics.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• MBA or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
