Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Relations Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers. This role is responsible for account health monitoring, customer retention, renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities, ensuring clients maximize their fleet/technology solution services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention
  • Handle customer change requests, including:
  • Adding vehicles
  • Adding cameras
  • Account suspensions
  • Report requests and account adjustments
  • Conduct quarterly check-ins and customer performance reviews
  • Monitor customer accounts for health and usage:
  • Device health
  • Rules compliance
  • Exceptions and alerts
  • Identify and recommend upsell opportunities (dashcams, asset trackers, routers)
  • Coordinate renewal timelines and track subscription renewals
  • Provide after-sales support and follow up on pilots with customers
  • Support client training refreshers and ensure proper product adoption
  • Collaborate with Operations, Support, and Finance to resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Attend internal alignment meetings for reporting and service updates


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Experience in account management, customer success, client relations, or after-sales support
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with subscription tracking and renewals is a plus
  • Experience with fleet, logistics, telematics, or technology solutions is an advantage (not required)
