- Update sales inventory
- Booking of accounts
- Follow up sales with regards to clients lacking requirements
- Preparation of CTS and DOAS;
- Facilitate and process all after sales request of clients
- Send out notices (demand letter)
- Commission and incentive processing
- Monitor account complains, resolutions and request
- Must be a graduate of Business Administration or any related field
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in account management, client servicing, or sales is an advantage
