Over the years, U-Bix evolved into an integrated office system and service provider by acquiring distributorship for Riso Digital Duplication and Okamura Office Furniture Systems. It even expanded further by being a franchisee of US-based Service Master (facilities maintenance and janitorial services), Terminix (termite and pest control products and services), and Merry Maids (home cleaning services).  In August 2007, U-Bix purchased the Kodak Imaging Center (KIC) that specializes in document and microfilm scanning, document management system, data capture, and variable printing services. It was then rebranded as U-Bix Imaging Center. As it approaches its 50th anniversary, U-Bix Corporation has emerged further to other businesses such as hotels, resorts, banking, coffee roasting, and e-commerce.
