No. ESO95000133 issued on April 11, 1995, the company is focused on building and bridging communities with its projects in land development or affordable housing options in urban and sub-urban areas. The name of the corporation has been amended on February 3, 2010 to Jeco Development Corporation (doing business under the name and style of Sheridan Beach Resort and Convention Center and Sheridan Villas Boracay) and to include in the primary purpose to own, develop and manage resorts and hotels. The company’s mission is to strike a balance between quality and affordability in all its undertakings. The company achieves this by designing, developing, building and marketing affordable and well-planned vertical and horizontal projects. It is the company’s vision to continue to competently match the needs of the emerging lifestyles in the Visayas and ultimately in the whole country. The company’s Chairman and President, JOSEPH T. TAN has dedicated 15 years in building and bridging communities with a variety of projects that range from hotels and resorts, land development and providing affordable housing options.
