About Company
Hilmarc's Construction Corporation (HCC) was established in 1977 mainly as a general construction company. It is currently among the Philippines’ Top 1000 Corporations. Moreover, HCC is an AAAA construction corporation aligned among the Top 10 Construction Companies in the country. HCC has a line-up of credentialed civil, electro-mechanical engineers, architects, and support personnel. But the workforce is not the only asset of the Corporation. Over the years, it has acquired a massive build-up of construction equipment to service the requirements of its growing clientele in the private and government sectors. This partnership between man and machine provides the solid foundation upon which any construction project of the Corporation is anchored. HCC has built its experience from the various infrastructure projects, commercial centers, government edifices, industrial structures, and medium/high-rise building projects it has completed for the last 45 years. It has gained insights and innovative knowledge by working with competent Project Management Specialists during project implementation. It is a standard HCC business practice to provide clients technically sound and commercially attractive proposals that will lead to competent, timely, and safe execution of these projects. Part of its corporate commitment is to complete projects on schedule and with utmost regard to personnel safety. HCC does not end its involvement at the point of project turnover but continues with operational support and prompt response to technical queries and concerns.
