The name ‘1521kohi’ was inspired by the location's address. 1521kohi is owned and operated by The Happy Part-time Barista. 1521kohi is a Gen Z themed café, which is reflected in the menu. Its creation was inspired by The Happy Part-time Barista’s dream of being a Barista. The idea came up in March 2020, and was opened by March 2024, initially serving just three types of lattes. Today, the café offers a diverse menu of drinks and snacks.
