职位描述
Sales Generation and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold-calling.
- Visit clients regularly, presenting product solutions that meet their requirements.
- Close deals by negotiating terms, prices, and other sales agreements.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and addressing any issues.
Product Knowledge and Training
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Attend training sessions and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Sales Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and maintain records of sales activities.
- Regularly report sales progress, challenges, and opportunities to the Sales Manager.
- Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and promotions.
- Work with other sales representatives to share knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the Philippine market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Own Motorcycle
- Must have driver’s license
