Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: At least Senior High/High School Graduate
• Experience Level: 6 months in BPO With or Without experience in Sales, Telco, and Tech
• Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, customer service orientation, and interpersonal skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Empathy, patience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
