At Popeyes Philippines, we believe that learning never stops—just like the crispy sizzle of our chicken. We're looking for a passionate and creative Training Officer (Technical) who’s ready to help build exciting, engaging, and effective training experiences for our operations team.

In this role, you'll design and develop learning materials that turn technical topics into impactful, easy-to-digest training. You'll partner with our internal experts to identify learning needs, build beautiful course content, and help make sure every learning experience is effective!

What You’ll Do:

? Develop course outlines, manuals, and training aids with flair and clarity

? Plan learning objectives and assess training effectiveness

? Conduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps

? Research and create well-informed, relevant training modules

? Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and organized

? Collaborate closely with internal clients to meet their learning needs

What We’re Looking For:

✨ A graduate of any 4-year course

✨ 2-3 years of experience designing instructional materials or content

✨ Strong skills in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and animation-related apps

✨ Experience in instructional design and curriculum development

✨ A team player who can collaborate with Subject Matter Experts

✨ Self-starter, detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized

✨ Excellent oral and written communication skills

✨ Experience in the food service or QSR industry is a strong advantage

✨ Willing to work on-site and conduct trainings in any of our restaurants
