This position offers a flexible schedule, along with weekly management meetings lasting 2-3 hours. The candidate should be able to collaborate with team members located in the Philippines (GMT+8) and Europe (GMT+2).


About us:

New Media AI is dedicated in providing AI automation services to BPO companies and businesses in other industries. We're looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales of our product offerings. The ideal candidate should have the experience to successfully excel in lead generation, building connections, and closing deals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within BPO or related industries in the Philippines.
  • Deep understanding of the Philippine market, business culture, and the BPO industry.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Background with B2B sales and tech products, CRM software, and familiarity with AI automation


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target BPO companies and potential businesses across different industries in the Philippines. Generate new leads, pursue opportunities, and close deals.
  • Develop a strong understanding of NMS services, particularly in BPO-related offerings, and communicate these benefits effectively to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, upselling, and referrals. Provide a personalized approach tailored to the needs of Filipino businesses.
  • Research to understand market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for NMS in the PH market. Adjust sales strategies based on local insights.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to assess client needs, offer customized service solutions, and create compelling business proposals.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and forums to build a professional network and establish NMS’s presence in the BPO industry in the Philippines and corporate sectors.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure a smooth sales process and meet client expectations.
