• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other custom objects.
• Sourcing new leads for the sales and marketing team based on your own efforts and usage of available publicly available data.
• Perform regular data audits and deduplication to ensure data cleanliness and integrity.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather and verify missing or inconsistent data.
• Maintain documentation on data entry procedures and best practices.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support data validation and operational visibility.
• Follow established guidelines for data privacy, security, and compliance.
  
  

• Proven experience with Salesforce data entry and CRM database management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard, and Reports.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data preparation and analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently and in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
  

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (or working toward it).
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo).
