• Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with key clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with products and services.
• Act as Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between the client and the company, providing timely and effective communication regarding product offerings, order fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Regular Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and meetings with clients to discuss account performance, future opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop Account Plans: Create tailored strategies for each key account, focusing on their business objectives and challenges. Identify growth opportunities, such as upselling, cross-selling, or offering additional services.
• Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts, recommending solutions that address client needs and add value.
• Maximize Account Retention: Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.

* Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience as sales

* Must be able to handle Product Presentation to clients
