• THE JOB: Responsible for Purchase Order creation to supplier/ closely monitor all P. O. until delivered and received to system.
• Process spare parts order transactions to Suzuki Spare Parts System.
• Ensures all orders are served based on the established parts delivery lead time.
• Managing spare parts inventory and warehouse management.

THE PERSON:

• Graduate of any four-year course related to Business Management
• At least 1 year work experience on the same field.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Analytical, versatile and Detail-oriented
• Strong Time management skills
• Can work under pressure and willing to work on extended hours if necessary
• Has good oral and written communication skills
• Personable, has good communication and relational skills
• STRICTLY must be an experienced 4-wheel driver with valid license.
