This position requires a detail-oriented individual to manage fixed assets, inventory, and supplies. Key responsibilities include:

• Tracking and reporting on inventory, purchases, and scrap activities.
• Maintaining asset records in Oracle, calculating depreciation, and conducting physical asset counts.
• Coordination of the schedule and preparation of the count to concerned departments.
• Assist and perform actual count as planned
• Ensure complete and proper documentation of the inventory count
• Reconciliation of actual count against the lapsing schedule
• Ensure complete tagging of asset

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is advantage but not required.
• With experience in Accounting or Accounting-related functions.
• Possesses analytical skills and must have knowledge in basics for Fixed-Asset Accounting
• Open for Fresh graduates.
