Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain partnerships with institutional clients, trading communities, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). 2. Formulate and execute user growth strategies to increase platform trading volume and user engagement. 3. Plan and organize online and offline marketing events to enhance brand presence and user retention. 4. Collaborate with the risk management team to monitor and discuss risk parameters for derivative products. 5. Track and analyze core business metrics to support product and marketing strategy decisions. 6. Coordinate internal and external communications, driving incentive settlements and related partner engagements. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of one year of business experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, financial derivatives, or related fields. 2. Familiarity with crypto derivatives trading mechanisms and fundamental risk management concepts. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills, with a results-driven mindset. 4. Existing relationships with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, or KOLs are a plus. 5. Proficiency in English or experience in expanding into overseas markets is preferred.
