Preferred Qualifications:

1. Practical experience in Web3 project development.

2. Experience in writing specialized research reports and project analysis, capable of independently producing reports and extracting key insights.

3. Basic coding skills in SQL/Python and data analysis capabilities, with experience using on-chain data tools such as Dune, Glassnode, and Nansen.
