• Prepares and analyzes monthly financial reports.                                                                                   

• Prepares and monitors mall's operating budget and forward plans.                                                          

• Monitors and manages GAE-related expenses                                                                         

• Daily sales audit of ancillary business collections: parking, cinema, snackbar

• Assists in BIR tax preparation and filing

• Assists in annual audit of external auditors

• Other tasks as may be require

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Accountancy, or any finance course (preferably a CPA but not pre-requisite)

• Knowledgeable in SAP is an advantage

• Preferably with mall leasing background

• Have more than 2 years of experience doing the following tasks:

o Financial report preparation (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cashflow)

o Financial report analysis

o Budget preparation

o BIR Tax return preparation and filing
