Your Role as Salesforce Data Analyst

We’re looking for a Salesforce Data Analyst to join the team. This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of something revolutionary. You will gather, analyze, and present property and financial insights to guide strategic initiatives, ensuring our business stays ahead in an ever-evolving Australian Real Estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Reporting:

• Develop and maintain customized reports on Australian property and financial data within Salesforce.
• Present findings through dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Analytics Studio, PowerBI, Tableau).

Quality Assurance & Analysis:

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
• Identify trends and opportunities for optimization across real estate processes.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the management team, systems administrators, and the digital team.
• Provide clear, concise insights that influence decision-making.

Continuous Improvement:

• Contribute ideas for better data management, analytics, and reporting methods.
• Stay updated on Salesforce enhancements and new reporting features.

Must-Have Qualifications

• A problem-solver with a passion for simplicity and efficiency.
• Proven experience in Salesforce reporting and analytics of around 2 to 3 years.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Analytics Studio, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Background in Australian property or financial data analysis is a plus!
