Penerangan

Assist in the recruitment process, like screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Support the Finance & Admin with various projects and initiatives as needed.
Knowledgeable in VISA Fee application
Supports company events by maintaining the invite lists and contacting suppliers

Syarat-syarat

Graduate from a degree of Psychology, Human Resources or Business Management
Must have at least two to five years experience in the field of HR and Admin.
Must be able to do end to end recruitment, onboarding, adept to filing, support the Finance Department
Advantage those with experience in a travel agency.
Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
