Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, providing tailored HR solutions that support organizational growth.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring, while ensuring an efficient and positive experience for candidates.
PEO/EOR Management: Manage and optimize relationships with external PEO/EOR providers to ensure seamless employment services for remote or international teams. This includes compliance, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and other HR services offered through the PEO/EOR model.
Workforce Planning & Strategy: Partner with leadership to assess workforce needs and implement strategies for effective staffing, talent development, and employee retention.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Provide proactive support to employees and management on various HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
Onboarding & Integration: Oversee onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring proper integration into the company culture and compliance with both internal policies and external employment regulations (especially for PEO/EOR-managed employees).
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all HR practices, particularly in recruitment and PEO/EOR partnerships, comply with local labor laws, industry regulations, and organizational policies.
HR Reporting & Analytics: Use data to monitor key HR metrics, analyze trends, and make recommendations to enhance recruitment efforts, employee engagement, and overall HR effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement: Drive HR initiatives that promote continuous improvement in recruitment, talent management, and workforce efficiency across both local and remote teams.
Syarat-syarat
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
3+ years of experience in operations management, specifically in PEO or EOR environments.
Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, with strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
