About the role

Are you a creative, detail-oriented marketer who loves turning ideas into results? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our team with social media management, content creation, email campaigns, and CRM updates. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with organization, tracking campaign performance, and helping keep marketing efforts consistent and effective. If you’re reliable, communicative, and take pride in delivering polished, data-driven work—this role is made for you.


Your days will be filled with:

1. Website Management & Development

  • Update and maintain the company website (WordPress or other platforms).
  • Collaborate with the client to improve website functionality and user experience.

2. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels.
  • Monitor engagement, optimize campaigns, and grow followers.

3. Content Creation & Documentation

  • Produce marketing content such as white papers, blogs, videos, and graphics.
  • Document digital campaigns and strategies.

4. Email Marketing & Outreach

  • Create and manage email campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
  • Track email performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work with internal and external teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and progress.


Who we are looking for:

Non-Negotiable Qualifications (must-have):

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of website management.
  • Experience with social media content creation and management.
  • Ability to create digital content: white papers, blogs, videos, graphics.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and outreach campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment — adaptable, self-driven, and strategic.
  • Team-oriented mindset — open communication and willingness to collaborate with technical teams.
  • Results-driven and motivated by measurable success
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-have):

  • Strong background in technology, telecommunications, IoT, or networking solutions preferred.
  • Experience in tech, IT, or SaaS marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills (Excel proficiency).
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.


Device Requirements:

To maintain a highly productive and professional work-from-home setup, successful candidates must have:

Computer & Equipment

  • Primary and backup computer with at least Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, and 8GB RAM
  • Web camera for meetings and check-ins
  • Headset (preferably noise-canceling) for clear communication

Internet Connection

  • Primary: Minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Backup: At least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
