We’re looking for a Technical Writer with deep DevOps expertise to document CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and operational best practices. This role involves working closely with DevOps engineers to produce high-quality internal and external documentation for our cloud environments and deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce clear documentation for CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration workflows
• Write guides and SOPs for deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Document automation, monitoring, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Create troubleshooting guides, architecture diagrams, and runbooks for DevOps processes
• Ensure documentation aligns with security and compliance best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
• Excellent ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content
• Proven experience collaborating with engineers and operations teams

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting AI/ML workflows in production
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
