Penerangan

  • Prepare and submit applications for various operational permits, licenses, and clearances.
  • Process SEC and BIR requirements, as well as pertinent rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure timely processing and issuance of required permits.
  • Monitor expiration dates and maintain a schedule for renewals to avoid lapses.
  • Ensure all permit-related documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather required information for permit processing.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs and internal controls.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance-related activities.

Syarat-syarat

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • 2-4 years’ proven experience in a Compliance role.
  • Has a good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
  • With working knowledge/familiarity of SEC and BIR requirements, as well as pertinent rules and regulations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • CAN START ASAP
