Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify high-traffic and strategic locations for new laundry shops.
• Analyze demographics, market trends, and competition in target areas.
• Negotiate and secure lease agreements with property owners or agents.
• Prepare reports on potential sites, including feasibility studies and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with the management team to finalize site approvals.
• Build relationships with real estate agents, developers, and local authorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or business development.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Metro Manila’s property market and zoning regulations.
• Willingness to do extensive fieldwork and report to the Head Office.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized.
