【Job Responsibilities】

* Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, map the current process (As-Is), and design optimization plans.

* Monitor core metrics (transaction volume, GMV, conversion rate, etc.) using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (such as Tableau, Google Analytics), identify issues, and provide recommendations.

* Analyze on-chain data, transaction trends, and market conditions to provide decision-making support for product and operations.

* Establish business models and conduct budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and cost-benefit analysis.

* Research industry trends (cryptocurrency and e-commerce), competitors, user behaviors, and payment habits to identify potential opportunities.

* Collaborate with multiple departments including product, technology, risk, compliance, and marketing to drive the launch of new features and improve data systems, and participate in UAT testing and go-live acceptance.

【Qualifications】

* Bachelor's degree or higher, major is not limited, preference will be given to relevant fields such as Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis, etc.

* 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, experience in cryptocurrency assets and overseas e-commerce industry is preferred

* Proficient in SQL, Excel, advanced BI, and visualization tools (such as Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics, etc.)

* Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem (such as exchanges, DeFi, chain analysis) and cross-border e-commerce (such as payment, logistics, supply chain, marketing)

* Skilled in preparing financial/pricing models and conducting budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis

* Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodologies for story writing and UAT testing experience

* Strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills, clear communication, and ability to coordinate progress in a cross-departmental environment

* Fluent in reading and writing English, capable of smoothly reading materials from overseas e-commerce platforms and documents related to the cryptocurrency industry
