Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customer accounts.
Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Prepare reports on account status, including forecasts and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales support, product development, customer service) to meet customer needs.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors

Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field.
