1. Position: BRC – PACKER

Requirement - 1 Head Count

Office Assignment: HSNP Manila Office - Quirino Avenue Paco Manila

Job Requirements:

• Accuracy Rate: Percentage of correctly packed and labeled items without errors.
• Packaging Speed: 100% of repaired motherboards must be packed per day.
• Compliance Rate: Adherence to packaging guidelines and safety protocols.
• Damage Rate: Percentage of items reported damaged due to improper packaging.
• Inventory Accuracy: Accuracy in maintaining records of packed items.
• Performs other tasks to be assigned from time to time

Job Responsibilities

• Minimum education requirement Senior High / 2 Years Vocational / Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree Relevant experience and minimum years required Fresh Graduate
• Minimum education requirement An associate degree or certification in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus.
• Language: Can speak and write English, Tagalog
• Computer: Knowledgeable in MS Office, Operating System, and PC Hardware
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collect data and efforts to improve the integrity of the in-house database.
• Ability to memorize the protocol guidelines.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, packing, or electronics environment is a plus.
