Role Description: Explorer and Storyteller

Invictus PH is seeking for an experienced Associate Creative Director (Copy-based) to join our growing team. As an ACD, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts and strategies for various campaigns across digital, print, and traditional media. The role is full-time and offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the office located in Pasig city but mostly remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in advertising, with a proven track record of working on successful projects for a range of clients across different industries
• Expertise in writing compelling copy for various mediums, including but not limited to web, mobile, social media, print, and video
• An eye for design, typography, and layout, with the ability to direct and collaborate with designers, graphic artists, photographers, and other creatives in the development of creative assets
• A solid understanding of brand strategy, market trends, and consumer behavior, and the ability to translate insights into compelling creative solutions
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage and mentor a team of creatives of varying levels of experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend creative concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders
• A portfolio that showcases outstanding creative work that demonstrates conceptual and strategic thinking
