We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to help power that mission.

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll play a critical role in scaling both our internal team and our clients’ teams across finance, accounting, and HR functions. You’ll work closely with the COO and leadership team to build a best-in-class hiring engine—developing pipelines, sourcing talent, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and driving hiring decisions that shape the future of our business.

• Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for internal and client-facing roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, outreach, referrals, and networking
• Own candidate communication and serve as a primary point of contact throughout the hiring journey
• Implement and refine sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• Collaborate with leadership on headcount planning and hiring priorities
• Identify ways to improve candidate experience, internal processes, and recruitment metrics
• Help shape and scale a high-performing recruitment division

• 1–3 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent coordination experience
• Strong communicator—confident across email, Zoom, Slack, and in-person settings
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously
• Results-driven with a passion for relationship-building and “closing” great hires
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bonus: experience in finance/accounting or working with professional services firms
