Keterangan

  • Assist the Sales Director in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Engage in Sales Activities including calling, presenting and closing deals.
  • Foster a strong client relationships and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
  • Acquire and input client information into company database to stay on top of current enrollment solutions and track sales goals.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic demeanor to build a sense of comfort and trust.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with the customer in your given territory.

Persyaratan

  • 1 - 2 years experience in customer-facing role, account management, sales account management, or sales is highly preferred.
  • Dependable (more reliable than spontaneous)
  • Adaptable / flexible
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skilss (both verbal and written)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work proficiently independently as well as in a team environment
  • High energy, self-motivated, self-directed person who is able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices and the aptitude to learn quickly
