Position Title: Sales Associate

Work Location: Robinson Magnolia, Aurora, Cubao

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our retail team. The position involves assisting customers, providing product information, and handling daily store operations for a specialty retail shop. This role includes a fixed overtime of 4 hours per day, in addition to regular work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers and promote product features
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
• Ensure proper display and replenishment of merchandise
• Handle cashier transactions and maintain accurate records
• Keep the store clean and organized at all times
• Stay updated on products and sales procedures

• High school graduate or college level
• With or without retail experience (training will be provided)
• Knowledge or interest in lifestyle or specialty products is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and presentable

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: Follows current NCR minimum wage
• Additional: Fixed 4 hours overtime per day
